Summary :
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files, or providing information to callers, as well as greeting guests upon arrival.
Help in planning company events. Lifting requirements of 30 pounds.TASKS
- Assisting Child Care Providers in course selection and registration
- Conducting enrollment and followup surveys
- Customers Service
- Answer phone and route calls
- Maintain office and training inventory and supplies
- Social Media updates
- General administrator duties
- Preparation of manuals
- Assist CEO as needed
- Inventory control assistance
- Assist in projects and planning of company events
- Other duties as assigned
