Mission Pain and Spine is looking for a full time receptionist to join an existing receptionist in a Pain Medicine Practice in Mission Viejo, CA
We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service, a friendly attitude and a keen sense of time management and organization.
Some of the eceptionist's duties include:
- Checking patient's into the clinic
- Collecting Copays
- Scanning medical documents such as insurance information, medicla records, etc.
- Chart preparation
- Answering calls
- Scheduling new and current patient office visits
- Scheduling medical procedurs
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
