    Benefits of Working with BayCare Clinic Neurological Surgery:

    Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate and initiate workup for new inpatient consultations
    • Serve as a clinical expert and resource for education
    • Perform medical services for Neurosurgical patients and follow-up care
    • Collaborate with the Neurosurgery team for timely communication
    • First Assist with emergent surgical cases as needed
    • Formulate medical plans for patients and review with rounding provider
    • Assist with coding and billing compliance
    Position Requirements:
    • PA or NP Certification
    • Licensed in the State of Wisconsin or willing to obtain license
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency with EPIC
