    Client Services/Cash Management Coordinator - Austin, United States - Capstone Corporation

    Work Summary


    The role occupant is expected to provide effective research techniques and administrative support for Business Development by the production of marketing materials, proposals, inspections, Management Agreements, presentations, reports, and correspondence.

    Prepare the Open/Close bank account documents, follow-up to confirm accounts are in progress/open, and assist with various other cash management admin tasks as needed.


    The selected candidate will have the ability to:


    • Review and respond to requests for proposals and other reports
    • Gather and maintain information from Regional Vice Presidents/Regional Managers/Department Heads/Shopping Services and in-house or other services
    • Analyze, write, review, and assemble data into standardized format.
    • Distribute to prospective owners/clients as directed.

    Minimum requirements:

    • The following skills, knowledge, and personal characteristics are desirable for job success:
    • High school diploma; some college preferred
    • 1-2 years office experience is ideal
    • Experience and skill working with personal computers and Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel, other presentation software
    • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to accept supervision
    • Ability to follow procedures
    • Dependable
    • Ability to work independently and be creative
    • Conscientious
    • Persistent
    • Preference for detail work
    • Ability to recognize and proactively solve problems

    Also, it is Capstone's policy to not employ individuals who have any criminal history not disclosed by the applicant on the employment application.

    In special situations, we may make exceptions to the "no criminal history" policy, depending on the nature of the crime, how many years ago the crime occurred, the total number of crimes committed and other factors.

    Moving traffic violations will not be considered except for reckless driving, driving while intoxicated or excessive red light or speeding violations.


    DRUG SCREENING


    If an offer of employment is made and accepted, continued employment will be contingent upon the satisfactory results of a Drug Screen Test.

    It is Capstone's policy to not employ individuals who test positive for illegal drug use or alcohol abuse.
