Long Fence is looking to hire for its in office E-Commerce Sales division. We are looking for a motivated
Customer Service Representative - Administrator?to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service to help customers make the correct purchase for their needs.?

Administration Duties:

Intermediate or expert level of usage of

Microsoft Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Intermediate or expert level of Adobe Acrobat
Able to do data entry.
Detailedoriented and able to organize over a thousand different data points.
Able to compare two different data points for inaccuracies.
Paperwork prep for billing and filing completed orders.
Able to balance multiple projects at a time and prioritize project completion by the level of importance.

Customer Service Duties:

Organize and track multiple customer service solutions across multiple vendors.
Able to learn quickly new materials.
An understanding of spatial awareness and layouts to learn product specs.
Followup and initiative with customers
Calmly handle calls with frustrated customers about order issues and know when to move a call up the chain of command.
Communicate with customers about order issues, order status, and delivery procedures.
Properly handling the private data of customers over the phone for order placement.

The pay rate is dependent upon experience. The pay rate starts at 22.00 an hour, this is an hourly position.
