We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee operations at our Warehouse/Truck Gate facility.

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, enforcing company policies and procedures, and leading a team of security personnel to ensure the smooth functioning of security operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate security activities at the Warehouse/Truck Gate facility.
Monitor access control systems and surveillance equipment to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with company regulations.
Conduct regular patrols to inspect premises, identify security risks, and take appropriate action to mitigate threats.
Train, mentor, and motivate security staff to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
Manage the manifest for truck ingress and egress, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with shipping and receiving schedules.
Investigate security incidents, accidents, and violations, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of securityrelated activities, including incident logs, shift reports, and personnel schedules.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and other critical situations, and coordinate appropriate responses.
Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and support overall business objectives.
Must comply with all Post Instructions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in security operations, with at least 1 year specifically in truck gate security and 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound judgment and decisionmaking skills, particularly in highpressure situations.
Working knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in security management is a plus.
Must pass a preemployment drug screening.
