We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our new sustainability and ESG consulting start-up in Stephenson, MI.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by optimizing our financial administration base.

Working closely with the management team, you will contribute your own experience and knowledge to help us achieve our goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the expansion and execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing department
  • Recruit and hire new employees
  • Create and implement marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the management team to strategically develop the company
  • Take responsibility for the P&L structure
  • Negotiate with partners and clients

Requirements:

  • 710 years of work experience
  • 3 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility
  • Background in sales and project management
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong focus on KPIs
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ESG
  • Real estate experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Affinity for strategic and operational structures
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
