- Coordinate engineering process with construction management
- Establish procedure manual for all processes and present to other team members (A/E and Owners)
- Train and Educate project team in all project procedures, document posting and submittal review
- Estimate and process change orders
- Facilitate project meetings with Gilbane staff. A/E and Owners
- Work with Project Engineers and Superintendents to coordinate Jobsite Safety
- Facilitate internal Gilbane University Courses
- BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8 or more years with CM/General Contractor Organization on large ($70-$120 mm) construction project in a lead engineering role
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal presentation and written skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Financial Management familiarity
- OSHA 10-Hour Certified
- Thorough MEP Knowledge
- Complete Understanding of Contract Document & Specifications
- Proficient in Procore
- LEED Certification (preferred)
