We are a home health & hospice agency providing services in clients' homes from Green Bay to Kenosha and from Waukesha to Lake Michigan. Our home office is located in Germantown, with branch offices in Fond du Lac, Appleton, and Waukesha

:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who would love to work in our busy Intake Department

:

This is a full-time position working from our Germantown office.

Experience with calling doctor's offices and insurance companies is preferred; however, all applicants will be considered. All staff receives thorough training to set them up for success.
