San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more.

We are excited to welcome a new Barista to our Mission Bay Family.


As a Barista in our Mission Joe Cafe, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world Our Baristas proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings.

As a Barista you will create, prepare and serve coffee and exciting craft drinks to our guests. This is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests visit and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving.

This role as Barista requires skills such as organization, empathy and a desire to take care of others.


The OFFER

This rate of pay for this position is $20.90 per hour, plus tips.

Requirements:


  • Experience taking care of guests in a fastpaced environment.
  • Reliable, hardworking, friendly, energetic
  • Barista experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Availability to work various shifts; AM, PM, and weekends
