The Executive Director (Registered Nurse, RN) in Home Health acts as the Administrator of the home health provider, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home care service.

Manages and wraps up assigned projects to effectively bolster the company's immediate and long-term goals
Supervises patient eligibility for home care services, strategizing the services to be offered, and ensuring top-notch home health care supervision
Establishes and upholds administrative procedures, agency values, objectives, and protocols to guarantee compliance with state and federal regulations
Boosts the agency's profitability, fosters team spirit, retains competent staff, and ensures exceptional service quality

License Requirements:

Registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in home healthcare or a related sector
Registered nurse with at least 2 years of experience in home health services
Current CPR certification mandatory
Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
