Overview:
Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during designated shifts
- Manage food preparation, service, and quality control
- Supervise and support team members in their roles
- Conduct inventory control and ordering as needed
- Interview and train new staff members
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and control
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices and procedures
Pay:
$ $17.50 per hour
