For our Planning / Construction Special Networks department at our Salzgitter location, we are looking for a leader for project engineering teams in the energy industry with a focus on overhead line construction.
A challenging task

  • You lead your team of project engineers in the Avacon network area
  • You and your team play a significant role in the success of the energy transition
  • You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and for the development of team members
  • You work towards goals of high occupational safety, adherence to deadlines, budget compliance, quality optimization, and risk minimization, and lead by example for your team
