YOUR DAY AS A SALON EDUCATION LEADER


You're instrumental in guiding our learning leaders to bring top-notch Paul Mitchell education to our future professionals, making sure they're fully prepared to hit the salon floor running.

Your main tasks involve creating and overseeing yearly education calendars, training the learning leader squad, and keeping up-to-date with state rules and regulations.

You're in charge of managing clinic classroom systems, theory sessions, and specialty classes, using all the awesome Paul Mitchell tools and resources at your disposal.


It's all about teamwork here, so collaborating closely with the management crew is a must to ensure the success of our future pros.

Your commitment to coaching, mentoring, and upholding top-notch standards plays a huge role in the quality and consistency of our educational programs.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
To qualify as a Salon Education Leader, you need:

  • 3+ years of salon experience
  • Experience in a salon school environment
  • Salon license
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Ability to give thorough presentations
  • Excellent time management skills, strong coaching ability, flexibility, and great problemsolving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in the Paul Mitchell industry
