Responsibilities:
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit boards for Functional and/or ICT Testing.
- Work with customer in setting up and operating new test fixtures.
- Assist in training incoming technicians.
- Log product in and out of test department using a Barcode System.
- Learn the relevant procedures to operate the ICT machine for testing.
- Use electronic equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeters, frequency counters, etc. to test and troubleshoot PCBAs.

- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma desired. Bachelor's degree in Electronics preferred. Years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- 1+ years of experience in testing and troubleshooting electronics is needed.
- Must have good knowledge of AC, DC, Semiconductor and Digital theory.
- Knowledge of working with most bench equipment and able to read Schematics, Fab Drawings, Assembly Drawings and BOM's.
- Capable of troubleshooting to Component Level.
- Must be able to differentiate colors.
- Must be proficient with computers including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate in the business language (English).
