My Social Calendar is a national social events club for single men and women.

Since 2017, My Social Calendar has provided our Members with 20-22 group events every month so they can meet other singles like them in order to form organic friendships and relationships all while having fun

We are currently searching for an outstanding Events Coordinator for our Washington DC and Long Island metropolitan clubs.


Our Members are all single men and women between the ages of We currently have over 300 Members in these two chapters.


Event Planning Skills required:

  • Previous experience in negotiating vendor contracts
  • Must possess the ability to pay constant attention to detail
  • Excellent writing, math and telephone skills
  • A neat, professional appearance
  • Complete ability to "think outside the box"

Administrative Requirements include:

  • Placing phone calls to members and vendors
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as needed and required
  • Offering great personalized and enthusiastic member service

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$48, $50,000.00 per year


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 4 years (required)
Customer Service: 4 years (required)
Event Coordinating: 4 years (required)
