Your responsibilities:


  • Independent preparation, processing, and invoicing of construction projects
  • Participation in the preparation of offers
  • Communication with and technical contact person for clients and builders
  • Personnel management of employees on construction sites
  • Disposition of equipment and materials
  • Management of subcontractors and quality control
  • Use of cost accounting/calculation documents for optimal construction site management
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of construction sites and operations

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering (Master's or Diploma)
  • Alternatively, you have several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as an independent, dedicated, and resultsoriented work style complete your profile
  • Good knowledge of MS Office as well as invoicing and calculation programs
  • You stand out for your high level of commitment and initiative
  • Driver's license class B
