Responsibility Independent work (independently and in a team) as an expert in the field of building services engineering in your region Commitment to the safety of supply systems and building equipment Quality control during construction, preparation of expert opinions and conducting measurements Conducting inspections in the field of building technology as a testing expert for national clients
Qualifications Completed degree in building services engineering or mechanical engineering or a comparable field Experience in building services engineering planning or execution of complex projects Thorough knowledge of building law and the trades to be inspected, as well as experience in preparing expert opinions, are desirable Confident appearance, pragmatism, good communication and assertiveness skills, as well as a service-oriented approach Willingness to primarily work in the field in the Lake Constance region
