Delancey Street Partners - Investment Banking Associate
Delancey Street Partners (the "Company") is an independent, industry-focused investment bank. We serve CEOs, Entrepreneurs, Shareholders, and Boards of Directors of high growth and middle market private and public companies. Our services include strategic advisory, capital raising, and independent board advice. We advise on sell-side and buy-side M&A, growth capital financings, and recapitalizations. Our focus sectors include Business Services & Technology, Healthcare, Industrial & Industrial Technology, and Infrastructure.


Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

• Leading client due diligence and writing Confidential Information Memoranda
• Organizing and analyzing client financial data
• Coordinating efforts with deal team members across the firm
• Managing transaction logistics and accomplishing transaction milestones
• Directing industry and company research
• Organizing pitch materials
• Performing valuation analyses using various methodologies (DCF, LBO, etc.)

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree
• MBA is helpful, but not critical
• Course work in financial accounting and corporate finance

Qualifications and skills required for the position include:

• Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling and financial statement analysis
• Attention to detail
• Ability to write clearly and concisely
• Excellent organization, communication and research skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving ability
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

- "Can do" attitude and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles

• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to train and lead our analysts
