Join us at HDI AG in Shortsville. Within the HDI Group, we combine tasks for private and commercial insurance companies as well as industrial insurance. The position is available immediately in full or part-time (up to 38 hours/week).

Responsibilities
Processing of personal and liability major claims as well as pending legal proceedings
Initial recording and processing of new claims for private liability insurance (including subsidiary lines) while pursuing economic and quality goals
Conducting coverage and liability checks
Commissioning adjusters and service providers, as well as managing and processing concept claims
Securing and pursuing recovery claims
Negotiating with policyholders, claimants, lawyers, social security institutions, workshops, experts, and external service providers

Profile
Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or a degree in insurance, law, or a related field
Experience and in-depth knowledge in handling private liability claims, particularly expertise in personal and major claims processing
Strong verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills with customers, claimants, lawyers, and other parties involved in the claim
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office package is desirable
Ability to work independently and goal-oriented
High resilience and willingness to occasionally work late shifts until 6pm.
