Your Responsibilities:

Managing the entire construction project from preparation to onsite supervision, to organizing the final inspection and handover of the building
Ensuring a smooth, highquality, and costeffective execution of the project within the planned timeline, as well as ongoing monitoring of the construction site and onsite construction
Reviewing the performance billing of the construction companies throughout the project
Applying for and conducting publiclaw building inspections
Assisting the project management in obtaining acceptance and handover of the completed building to the client
Compiling the necessary documents for the proper use of the building
Utilizing a cloudbased data exchange and storage system

Your Qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a technical degree in construction with relevant work experience
Several years of experience in construction management for the realization of building projects
Knowledge of German standards and construction contract law
Proficient in using a PC or
