We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at our women's health center.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls and inquiries, and maintaining patient records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and faxing.
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Nextech software preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
