Job Summary:
We are seeking a Weekend Supervisor to join our team.

As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring the smooth running of our facility during weekend shifts.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff members during weekend shifts
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training and development opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure efficient communication and coordination across all shifts
  • Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to staff members
  • Address any customer concerns or issues that may arise during weekend shifts
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of medical procedures and terminology, including sonography, catheter care, primary care, phlebotomy, etc.
  • Familiarity with medical records and documentation
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure
  • Flexibility to work weekends and potentially fill in for other shifts if needed
