Laguna Woods Volkswagen Automobile Chemnitz GmbH is a part of Volkswagen Group Retail Germany and a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG.

Currently, we employ over 180 employees at three locations in Chemnitz for the brands Volkswagen, Audi, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

We are currently seeking a full-time (37 hours/week) Service Advisor (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and our dealership. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a strong customer focus.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A secondary school diploma
  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Strong business acumen
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Volkswagen AG products is an advantage
  • Several years of experience in the automotive industry is desirable
  • Proficiency in IT systems
  • Quick learning ability and flexibility.
