    Job DescriptionROLE DESCRIPTION:
    Ahida Garcia State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop and market leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
    • Responsible for at least one Saturday work shift per month.
    • Cross-selling and upselling State Farm products to maximize customer benefits.
    • Meeting daily, monthly and annual sales goals.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Sales experience preferred
    • Bilingual Spanish
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
    • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
    • Property & Casualty license
    • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
