Manufacturing company in Corona, CA is searching for an experienced customer service representative with 3-5 years' experience. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for handling customer requests, including quotations, orders and communications. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer orders are delivered on time. Knowledge of manufacturing and inventory preferred. Someone to create a long-term working relationship. A multi-tasker with superior organizational and follow up skills.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our product lines.
• You will be working with our sister company and their product lines so being able to multitask is an absolute must.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Maintain current and new records, reports and customer data.
• Good team player, able to communicate with other departments about customer specific requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Work with mínimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of international logistics a plus.
