Are you a seasoned leader ready to take on the challenge of overseeing maintenance operations for a campus on 314 acres, 73 building and over 2.6M square feet of spacing needing to be maintained? Look no further We're on the hunt for a passionate Director of Maintenance to drive excellence across our diverse facilities.

As the backbone of our maintenance department, you'll oversee the facility upkeep, from preventive maintenance planning to reactive repairs.

With 2 managers and a team of skilled technicians under your wing, you'll ensure every corner of our campus operates at peak performance, delivering top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all facets of our maintenance department, including staffing, work orders, and subcontractors.
Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to our team of maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of excellence.
Proactively address preventive maintenance, repairs, and environmental concerns to uphold our high standards.
Oversee maintenance budgets, schedule vendors, and evaluate equipment for optimal performance.
Dive into data analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency across operations.
Champion safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Extensive experience in maintenance roles, with a proven track record of budget management and team leadership, including managing other managers.
Proficiency in computer software and strong communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
