Your main responsibilities

As a Database Administrator (m/f/d), you ensure reliable, high-performance, and secure database operations for our business-critical and highly available applications, including incident troubleshooting, problem and change management.
You support the optimization and maintenance of our central high-availability solutions (RAC, Dataguard) and develop our backup and recovery strategies.
In addition, you automate standard database administration tasks.
You conduct proactive vulnerability and error analyses, as well as measures for performance tuning.
You are also the point of contact for questions regarding database performance, troubleshooting, and scaling.
You investigate and evaluate new technologies and features in terms of their usefulness and work on interdisciplinary projects.
