Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of roofing sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
