- Coordinate construction projects by developing detailed plans, directing project execution, and integrating technical activities.
- Present and explain project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze technology, resource requirements, costs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and performance.
- Confer with management, engineering, production, and marketing teams to define project specifications and procedures.
- Review, recommend, and approve contracts, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing construction or large-scale technical projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, budgeting, and cost management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio; PMI/PMP certification preferred.
