Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist in front desk duties including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
  • Provide general office support to ensure efficient operation
  • Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks
  • Assist in computerizing office processes
  • Support as a personal assistant to management when needed
  • Proofread documents for errors before finalizing

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, calendar management, and office administration
  • Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract


Pay:
$33, $41,600.00 per year
