Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in front desk duties including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Provide general office support to ensure efficient operation
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks
- Assist in computerizing office processes
- Support as a personal assistant to management when needed
- Proofread documents for errors before finalizing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry, calendar management, and office administration
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software
- Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay:
$33, $41,600.00 per year
