- Management of the senior care facility
- Ensuring a high quality of life and satisfaction for residents while respecting their freedom, dignity, and individuality
- Personnel management and development of employees
- Compliance with legal requirements for quality assurance
- Further development of quality management
- Contact person for relatives, residents, and employees
- Maintaining relationships with payers, authorities, and agencies
- Public relations
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed three-year training in the field of elderly care or health and nursing care
- Qualification as a facility manager according to HeimPersV and corresponding
