_ SUMMARY OF POSITION_
We are seeking highly motivated
Skilled Laborers
and General Laborers
for our growing concrete business based in Dillsburg, PA. Work is primarily in Central PA and surrounding areas.

**_
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_**- Carries material to and from designated areas on the jobsite as necessary

  • Rakes, brooms and shovels as/when needed
  • Uses wheelbarrow to transport debris and material to designated areas on the jobsite
  • Slab on grade pour prep; assists with pours as necessary
  • Loads and unloads trailers
  • Placement of rebar, plastic, wire mesh, dowel baskets and other material required for the project
  • Jobsite cleanup at the end of the day and completion of the project
  • Operates hand and power tools
  • Responsible for jobsite cleanup at the end of each day
  • Assists in relative laborer tasks as/when necessary
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by foreman and/or project manager
  • Follows OSHA rules and regulations
  • Follows all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.

_ REQUIREMENTS_

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with hand tools associated with the trade
  • Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines
  • Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions
  • Must follow all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.
