Tasks and Process

At our production site in Gronau, we offer you the opportunity to train in an exciting technical field in the global environment of the commercial vehicle industry. We offer you an exciting training program, future-oriented job prospects, and give you a deep insight into innovative products and pioneering technologies.

As an industrial mechanic, you will be part of our strong mechanical team and ensure that everything runs perfectly in production. Your tasks include the assembly, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of machines and production facilities, as well as the production of components for our innovative series products. Our production is equipped with highly technical systems, where your precise and responsible work is in demand.

The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years. With good intermediate exam results, it is possible to shorten it to 3 years. It takes place in the following areas:

  • Training workshop
  • Mechanical production
  • Pre-setting center
  • Device assembly
  • Machine maintenance
  • Quality assurance
  • Tool and fixture maintenance
