Location - Chicago Metro, New York Metro, New Jersey Metro, Home or Office
Basic Functions:
Working as an Independent Property Adjuster, ideally living in and servicing the Chicago, New York or New Jersey Metro area.

- Physical ability and willingness to climb on roofs and to lift and climb ladders.
- Willingness to work in inclement weather.
- Willingness to work in undesirable indoor environments (e.g. houses exposed to flooding, fires).
- Ability work in confined spaces.
Qualifications:
- 5 years property claims handling experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Willingness to pursue and complete Continuing Education and Training.
- Successful completion of AIC 33 and AIC 35 preferred.
- Position requires incumbent to serve on Catastrophe Team, which may include travel on short notice to other locations for periods in excess of two consecutive weeks.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
