- Promptly welcome guests and offer assistance as needed.
- Register and assign guests to rooms.
- Arrange payment methods and validate credit.
- Manage reservations efficiently.
- Handle billing, process payments, and provide change to guests.
- Manage communication through phones or PMS system.
- Address guest requests promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints, escalating to a supervisor if required.
- Secure guests' belongings in the hotel safe as needed.
- Conduct bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts and performing audits.
- Focus on enhancing guest satisfaction levels.
- Adhere to sustainability guidelines under HHM's EarthView program.
- Practice workplace safety, use necessary protective equipment, and follow safety standards.
- Assist in the breakfast area and help guests with luggage during peak times.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
- Preferably hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent training is required.
- Familiarity with PMS systems is advantageous.
