Experienced Roofing Salesperson Wanted

Responsibilities

• Identify neighborhoods with high sales/lead opportunities as well as other lead sources
• Strategic door to door prospecting, offering free roof inspections
• Inspect roofs, identifying signs of wind/hail damage as well as other sales/claim opportunities
• Answer any questions, address prospective customer concerns, and close sales
• Meet with insurance adjusters, point out damage, review estimates to ensure accuracy
• Pick up first check and adjuster summary, review with office for accuracy and final approval
• Meet with customer after work is completed to pick up final check, ensure customer satisfaction and ask for reviews/referrals

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (we use JobNimbus)
• Outside sales experience (2+ years)
• Spanish speaking (preferred)
• Roofing experience (preferred)

Pay:
$75, $125,000.00 per year
