Working Student in the field of HR and Administration (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

In this role, you will gain insight into our processes in the HR and Administration department. You will be involved in current projects from talent acquisition to talent development and retention. You will support our HR management in content and organizational matters, making a contribution to the successful growth of our company. At the same time, you will gain practical experience that you can use for your studies.

Here is a brief overview of your areas of responsibility:
  • Participation in the design and placement of job advertisements through our recruiting channels
  • Pre- and post-processing of applicant documents within our recruiting projects
  • Coordination of interview appointments
  • Administrative support for the HR
