Technical Clerk Lufthansa (m/f/diverse)
in Hamburg


Your tasks:

Working as a technical clerk in maintenance at Lufthansa Technik with the following main tasks (m/f/diverse):

  • Value stream-oriented tracking of the flow of repair orders in the production network and taking measures in case of delays, coordinating and initiating with the affected workshops
  • Coordinating and tracking processing procedures
  • Determining completion dates and communicating them to the internal customer service. Ensuring order management for customers, ensuring ontime delivery of components (m/f/diverse)
  • Processing, clarifying, and resolving errors; entering, maintaining, and evaluating data; maintaining key figures for performance dialogues
  • Shipping and tracking engine components
  • Processing discrepancies (swapped parts or orders)
  • Performing tasks to support production and special tasks

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field, e.g. as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, aircraft mechanic, or similar (m/f/diverse)
  • Previous experience as a technical clerk is an advantage (m/f/diverse)
  • Basic knowledge of business administration and
