Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a
Supply Chain Launch Lead in Raynham, MA.
As part of the Supply Chain Product Management team, this individual will join the DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction group supporting the Shoulder platform. They will be the end-to-end supply chain lead on New Product Development projects and lead interdisciplinary teams through successful launch execution. They will design and develop optimized supply chain strategies for complex global programs and lead teams through standardized launch management processes, ensuring strong accountability. This individual will demonstrate strong program management capabilities and launch management expertise to drive E2E value, collaborating heavily with commercial, R&D, quality, and other supply chain partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to orchestrate the endtoend supply chain to deliver global NPD programs
- Designs the endtoend value chain for new products, ensuring alignment with key business partners and strategies
- Leads interdisciplinary teams and drives supply chain readiness process to deliver new product launch and achieve overall business objectives including quality, timeliness, profitability, and supply reliability.
- Drives process execution and strong functional accountability
- Understands program financial health and collaborates with Commercial and R&D to ensure alignment to the business plan and Supply Chain operational goals (COGs, GP, supply, capital, inventory)
- Identifies gaps in existing business processes and drives improvement initiatives to resolve
- Communications to partners across multiple levels of the organization
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent University degree is required; focused degree in engineering, science, or business preferred
Experience and Skills
Required:
- Minimum four (4) of relevant professional work experience
- Experience in supply chain, operations or engineering function
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience working within a regulated environment
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and adapt to evolving priorities
- Experience leading and/or working in crossfunctional teams
Preferred:
- Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience
- Experience interacting with suppliers
- Experience leading projects
- Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification
Other:
- This position may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel
