    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 assistance to a student in a moderate/severe disabilities classroom. This position is in the Millbrae,California area, and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the life of a student.

    Schedule:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:25 AM - 2:50 PM
    • Thursday: 8:25 AM - 1:15 PM

    Qualifications:

    • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
    • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in an educational setting.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide 1:1 support to a student with moderate/severe disabilities in a classroom setting.
    • Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies as directed by the supervising behavior analyst.
    • Assist in the collection and documentation of behavior data.
