    Position Responsibilities
    • A firm understanding of commercial and residential building structural systems and material choices
    • Proficiency in load calculations, performance criteria, and material selection
    • Preparation of construction documents and as-built drawings
    • Evaluations of structural systems in existing buildings
    • Creating drawings and specifications based on building codes
    • Researching historical and current building codes
    • Field assessment including working at heights
    Position Requirements
    • 1-5 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer
    • BS in Civil Engineering or related field
    • Passed Florida PE Exam
    • Strong knowledge of structural systems and design/analysis/construction
    • Experience with reinforced concrete, masonry, wood, and steel
    • Familiarity with building codes and plan review
    • Strong computer skills
    • AutoCAD drafting experience required
    • REVIT and structural analysis software experience desired
