Your tasks

  • Control of IT development for all operational software systems in the areas of operational planning, scheduling, and passenger information (e.g. DatNet, FBS, Trapeze, IVU)
  • Creation of requirement catalogs for operational IT software
  • Inventory and process analysis for system optimization of IT software
  • Evaluation and implementation of system improvements in collaboration with software manufacturers
  • Conducting market analyses
  • Development and implementation of trainings and workshops
  • Creation of statistics, analyses, and presentations
  • Taking on special projects in the field of traffic management

Your profile

  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of IT, project management, transportation, or industrial engineering, or completed vocational training with at least 2 years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the transportation industry, preferably in planning departments or control centers of railway companies
  • In-depth knowledge of IT, ideally with a focus on system administration and optimization
  • Experience in application management
  • Continuous further education in project management
  • Experience with operational administrative systems is desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Conceptual and systematic thinking and acting
