ADAC HEMS Academy is excited to announce an upcoming Joint Venture project in Capitola, FL.
As part of our international team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our goal is to provide top-notch aviation training tailored to individual needs.
We are currently seeking a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) for a non-flying position, with experience on the H145/IR or H135/IR or equivalent.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting or supporting syllabus missions, including roleplaying (e.g. ATC, ground crew) and providing briefings and debriefings
- Developing and delivering theoretical lessons on the H145 training helicopter
- Creating and maintaining teaching materials
- Instructing personnel on the IS/IOS and debriefing station
- Assisting in optimizing simulator databases
- Collaborating on mission/scenario/doctrines creation
Requirements:
- CPL(H)IR or ATPL(H)IR
- Type rating on H145/IR or H135/IR or EC145/IR or EC135/IR, and/or other CS29 types
- Previous experience as a Type Rating Instructor or Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) is preferred but not required
- Proven experience on the H145 aircraft is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work in a team, take on responsibility, and maintain a competent and confident demeanor
