As an innovative Medtech start-up, we are building a digital interactive learning platform for doctors to fundamentally change the cross-border exchange of knowledge.

Our experienced founding team at DOCTORFLIX, consisting of a doctor with in-depth industry knowledge and a tech-savvy entrepreneur with product and finance background, aims to continue our rapid growth in the seed round.

As one of our employees, you will directly shape the expansion and growth of our company within our young team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • From day one, you will take on responsibility by leading your own projects. All projects have a significant impact on the company's success and are directly related to the exchange of medical knowledge.
  • You will support the management team in tackling daily challenges and gain deep insights into individual departments (operations, strategy, sales), without losing sight of the overall company.
  • You are there to critically question, analyze, and improve existing processes. We welcome any constructive contribution to improving our workflows.
  • You want to prove yourself in a highperformance environment and are looking for a longterm entry into a young, fastgrowing company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are in the final phase of your studies (Bachelor/Master), have an excellent track record, and are looking for an exciting startup opportunity.
  • You have already gained some experience in management consulting, the medical sector, a highgrowth startup, or another highperformance environment.
  • You are available for at least 3 months for an internship
