Tasks
Together with your team colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our customers for technical questions about our products.
In close cooperation with other departments - especially sales and product management, but also development - you support our international customers in selecting the right solutions for them and implementing our products.
You will fulfill the following essential tasks:
- Technical support for and, if necessary, at the customer's site
- Developing solutions with our products
- Proof of functionality required by the customer (PoC, FAT)
- Preparation and execution of workshops, trainings, and technical demos
- Technical support at trade fairs and customer events
- Assistance in creating explanatory videos and other online and offline aids

Your Profile
In order to quickly grow into the diverse and varied tasks, you should ideally already have the following qualifications:
- Completed technical training in automation technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or computer science, or completed technical studies in one of the aforementioned fields
- Enjoyment in solving technical tasks
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Proficiency
