- Keeping track of financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations, and assisting with monthly closing processes.
- Contributing to the creation and review of yearly operating budgets and performance forecasts.
- Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury, and conducting internal audits.
- Conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Meeting deadlines for processing and reporting.
- Addressing information requests, examining financial statements, and aiding in audits.
- Ensuring adherence to GAAP.
- Supporting the accounting manager when necessary.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills are required.
- Effective problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
