- Lead the marketing team in the development and implementation of an omni-channel marketing strategy that supports customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales leadership and embed yourself in the function to maximize success of the strategy.
- Support the creation of a marketing calendar to plan key brand, seasonal, and evergreen messages across our marketing channels.

- 6 - 8 years of hands-on marketing experience in a retail or B2B setting, with a focus on both product and customer.
- Experience driving the brand storytelling process and bringing them to life by creating comprehensive creative briefs.
- Excellent understanding of B2B marketing strategies and proficiency in digital media trends
- Solution- and results-oriented, skilled at using data to measure success and inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with and balance the needs of a variety of leaders across the organization.
- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and next steps without prompting.
