Your responsibilities
Managing the annual financial statements, including presenting the results to auditors and publishing the outcome
Organizing and continuously optimizing all processes in accounting for local and group-level financial statements
Preparing the company's annual tax return in collaboration with the tax advisor
Creating an annual transfer pricing documentation in coordination with the controlling department, tax advisor, and parent company
Negotiating and reviewing significant contracts
Acting as a consultant and contact person for the specialist departments and parent company in regards to VAT law
Coordinating legal disputes of the company in collaboration with legal advisors
Annual review of insurance contracts and coordination with the parent company
Conducting annual inspections of insurance coverage together with the maintenance manager, such as fire insurance
Coordinating data protection matters in collaboration with the data protection officer
Your profile
Successfully completed training as a certified accountant, degree in business administration, or equivalent
