  • Development of the application DyNAMO4BWI in the area of order management
  • Interface between the functional lead of order management, departments (SPOCs), and technical operation of the application
  • Definition, alignment, and consolidation of new requirements with stakeholders
  • Testing of implemented requirements from a functional perspective
  • Conducting trainings and instructions
  • Support in creating/updating work aids and guidelines in the responsible area
  • Successfully completed (university of applied sciences) degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable education
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in requirements engineering and/or process design
  • Experience in designing and modeling processes, procedures, and technical solutions
  • Basic understanding of organizational/technical dependencies and their impact
  • Analytical-methodical and structured thinking as well as organizational skills and solution orientation
  • Willingness to travel
